Patients now get appointment reminders by SMS or email, on a cadence the practice controls (for example 48 hours and 3 hours before the visit).
Each patient chooses their preferred channel — or opts out — on their file.
Reminder messages never contain clinical details.

Claims are lodged electronically and adjudicated with scheme-style response codes.
